Welcome to Horizon Financial. I am Melissa Ballard, Horizon’s Operations Manager. I began my career at Horizon in 2010 as Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Operation Manager in 2015. I am passionate about helping people with their service needs. I focus on empowering women and young couples.
I hold a Series 7 and 66 registrations, as well as a life and health license. At Horizon, I serve as an advocate for clients by supporting the advisory team, while ensuring details, paperwork, and processes flow smoothly. I am committed to communicating to clients along their journey and answering administrative questions along the way.
When I am not at work, I love to be with my family! I am the proud mom of two awesome kids: Tanner and Sarah Peyton. I love to be at home and enjoy cooking (eating!) and gardening.
